I make chili all the time in the winter and try to be mindful of making it healthier and sometimes use ground turkey. I still like beef better! I add onions, garlic, red pepper, and a few stalks of celery for more texture. I don’t like to add a lot of chili spice and let people make it hotter if they want it.
