Asparagus with Toasted Walnut, Ginger and Saffron Aioli
This aioli is so delicious and it is also great as a veggie dip, goes great with roast beef or turkey sandwiches, and is good tossed with warm new potatoes. For optimal flavor it’s best if you can make it the day before so the flavors all mellow together. The saffron adds a beautiful yellow hue and the ginger and garlic add a little bite.
