Fresh Apple Cake with Cider Glaze

I had my book club over for lunch and served this yummy apple cake for dessert.  It freezes well and is always moist because it uses vegetable oil in the recipe.  To decorate the table I just bought a grocery store bunch of flowers, cut them down, and put them in little mini vases. I always think they look better when they are divided out and grouped together in little vases and it keeps the arrangement low on the table and guests can see one another without a tall arrangement blocking their view.  Click here for the recipe….
