Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients
- Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
- Use organic strawberries and gently wipe them clean with a damp paper towel if needed. The chocolate won't stick to wet strawberries.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and gently melt 20 seconds at a time and mix between each interval.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Dip each strawberry in melted chocolate and place on baking sheet.
- In a plastic bag, place 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or white candy wafers in microwave and heat for 20 seconds and then with your hands, mix well. Continue microwaving for 20 second bursts until the white chocolate has melted and is smooth. Be careful not to burn the white chocolate - it can happen fast.
- Cut a small piece off one corner of the plastic bag and drizzle back and forth over the chocolate coated strawberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
