Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon Dip
- Serves 8
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup flaked smoked salmon
- 1 green onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and with an electric mixer, mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and gently mix until blended.
Can be made 2 days before and refrigerated.
Serve with crackers.
