I was happy to help my friends organize a Lemon Drop cocktail party fund raiser. They are such great cooks and you know any event they do is going to be a great party. Since we were making a lot of food, we were okay using a few cheats along the way to help fill in. We ordered mini cupcakes from our favorite bakery, used store bought brownie bites and piped homemade vanilla buttercream on them, piped store bought lemon curd into homemade tart shells, bought prepared pita chips, and bought good quality antipasto and arranged them on a serving platter. The event raised a lot of money for the school and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
