To dress up a glass of iced tea ~ take a little plate and add some sugar or colored sugar sprinkles and some lemon, lime or orange zest.  Cut a lemon, lime or orange in half and run it around the rim and then dip the rim in the sugar before you pour the iced tea.  This can be done several hours before.
